“I don’t propose to be what I’m not. By all means I will be everything God has called me to be   no more, no less. It is after all, the best that I can be.”     Miranda A. Uyeh

From The Editor’s Desk

I ask fun questions. Tough ones, too. You know, the ones that make a person dig deep into their core, and then tell their truth. I do this for a reason   I hope to inspire people to be who they truly are. I encourage God’s children to not be afraid of their calling and mission in life. It is my hope that through my story, and the stories of others who God has raised up, the children of God will read these stories and learn truth and courage, and will be encouraged to pick up their cross and follow Jesus, not the lives mapped out for them by society. This is why TBAP presents inspiring stories through interviews and guest posts.

We don’t do this to be like the tabloids. We don’t hawk scandals or sell gossip. We believe in the truth, which we hope will set people free.

"A story is a testimony."    Miranda A. Uyeh

I’ve learned that testimonies not only glorify God, but do something else remarkable   they encourage the hearers and help them overcome their personal trials. This is why stories are a gift from God. This is why God commanded us to tell our testimonies.

"They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and  by the word of their testimony."     Rev.12:11

Anyone successful in their life’s mission will tell you that their journey wasn’t easy. It was full of tears, pain, sweat, blood, and a lot of waiting on God. In the process of searching for who they really are and journeying with God, God taught them and comforted them all the way. If you pay close attention, their stories will in turn inspire, comfort, and encourage you!

“Praise be to the God and Father of our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of all compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. For just as the sufferings of Christ flow over into our lives, so also through Christ our comfort overflows. If we are distressed, it is for your comfort and salvation; if we are comforted, it is for your comfort, which produces in you patient endurance of the same sufferings we suffer.”     2 Cor. 1:3-6

Join us and lets tell our stories together! Let’s help someone To Be A Person   the person that God has called them to be!
