My Serenity, Courage & Wisdom

There have been successes, losses and failures—there isn’t any one individual who hasn’t experienced all three of these at one time. At this point in the year, there are basically two categories of people. There are those who are disappointed with the way things turned out, and there are those who are elated with the progress they’ve made. No matter which group you belong to, I invite you to do these three things before the year runs out: Be Thankful. Take stock of everything that has happened—the good, bad, and ugly—and acknowledge each for what they are, and the role you played. Forgive yourself where you went wrong and made mistakes. This will allow you the peace to be thankful for the successes that happened along the way, whether little or trivial. It will also lean you towards focusing …
